How to Connect Coredy Robot Vacuum to Amazon Alexa

Before you connect the Coredy robot vacuum to Amazon Alexa, make sure:

  1. Your Coredy Devices are connected with the Coredy Robot app.
  2. You have an Alexa-enabled device (i.e. Amazon Echo, Echo Dot and Amazon Tap).
  3. The Amazon Alexa app is installed on your smart device.
  4. You have created an account.

Here are the steps on how to connect Coredy robot vacuum to Amazon Alexa:

  1. Open the Alexa app and select “Skills & Game” from the menu.
  2. On the Skills screen, search for “SmartLife”.
  3. Select your SmartLife skill, then press "Enable".
  4. Login with your Coredy Robot account so Alexa can control your Coredy devices.

Now you are ready to use SmartLife. You do not need to discover your device as you can control the Coredy robot vacuum with your voice. Say simple commands to Alexa like "Alexa, turn on Coredy R700" or "Alexa, turn off Coredy R700". The Coredy robot vacuum will respond to your command.

How to Connect Coredy Robot Vacuum to Google Home

Before you connect the Coredy robot vacuum to Google Home, make sure:

  1. Your Coredy Devices are connected with the Coredy Robot app.
  2. You have a Google Assistant enabled device (i.e. Google Home).
  3. The Google Home app is installed on your smart device.
  4. You have created an account.

Here are the steps on how to connect Coredy robot vacuum to Google Home:

  1. Open the Google Home app.
  2. Say “OK Google, talk to Robot” to the Google Assistant-enabled device (i.e. Google Home) to initiate the Google action for Robot.
  3. Follow the instructions in the Google Home app to authorize Google Assistant with your Coredy Robot account.

To control a robot with your voice, say simple commands to Google Assistant like "OK Google, turn on Coredy R700" or "OK Google, turn off Coredy R700". The Coredy robot vacuum will respond to your command.

If you add two or more Robot devices to the Coredy Robot App, you can edit the name for each Coredy robot on the Coredy App or Alexa. They will synchronize. Once each robot is named, you can give a command by using the robot’s name like "OK Google, turn on Robot 2" or "OK Google, turn off Robot 2".

Congratulations, you have now unlocked the voice command feature on the Coredy robot vacuum. If you experience a connection error, you can simply reset the Wi-Fi connection and try again.
